THURSDAY, JULY 16

  • Camping Gates: Open at 11:00 am
  • Racer Registration: 5:00pm to 7:00 pm at Brickfield Brewing

FRIDAY, JULY 17

  • IWA Practice: 8:30-10:15am
  • Main Gate Hours: 8:30 am – 6:30 pm (Notice: all coolers, lawn chair bags, backpacks etc. will be checked – no carry-in drinks)
  • Vendors/Displays: 10:00 am until end of Vintage races (approx 7pm). Many food trucks/stands and beer garden available during street dance.
  • Free Shuttle Bus Service, 10:00 am –  2:30 am (shuttle runs from Main Gate to campground at Fairgrounds)
  • Sport Open Qualifying & East/West Challenge Qualifying 11:00 am – 2:30 pm (approximately)
  • Vintage Practice & Racing: approximately 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm
  • Street Dance – 7:30 pm-11:00 pm: Reachin’ Deep FREE Admission

SATURDAY, JULY 18

  • Free Shuttle Bus Service, 8 am to 2:30 am (shuttle runs from Main Gate to campground at Fairgrounds)
  • Main Gate Hours: 8:00 am – 6:30 pm (Notice: all coolers will be checked – no carry-ins)
  • Vendors/Displays: 9:00 am – 7:00 pm (approximate – until the conclusion of the races). Many food trucks/stands and beer garden available during street dance.
  • Pro & Semi/Pro Qualifying: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm (approximately)
    —-Running Order – Pro Open, Semi-Pro Open, Pro Stock, Semi-Pro Stock
  • Medallion Hunt – first clue at 10am; last clue, if needed, at 3pm.
  • Canoe Race: 4:30pm (approximately)
  • Duckcross Rubber Duck Race: 5:30pm (approximately)
  • Street Dance – 8:00 pm – Midnight:  Blackout FREE Admission
  • 🎇Fireworks – at Dusk (9:45 pm approximately) (free will donation)

SUNDAY, JULY 20

  • Free Shuttle Bus Service, 8 am to 5 pm (shuttle runs from Main Gate to campground at Fairgrounds)
  • Main Gate Hours: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (Notice: all coolers will be checked – no carry-ins)
  • Vendors/Displays: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm (approximate – until the conclusion of the races)
  • Racing begins, approximately 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
    —-Oval Quarter Finals, Semi Finals, Finals
    ——–Running Order – Semi-Pro Stock, Pro Stock, Sport Open, Semi-Pro Open, Pro Open
  • Meet the Racers – autograph & photo session at conclusion of races (located at Winner’s Circle – look for the hay bales!)
  • IWA Awards Ceremony 5:30pm at American Legion

Our inflatables are ready for action—and they’re free with your wristband during gate hours! From bounce houses to slides, it’s a blast for the kiddos all weekend long. **Inflatables are subject to change and may not be exactly what is pictured)
