Camping Gates: Open at 11:00 am
Racer Registration: 5:00pm to 7:00 pm at Brickfield Brewing
FRIDAY, JULY 17
Main Gate Hours: 9:00 am – 6:30 pm (Notice: all coolers, lawn chair bags, backpacks etc. will be checked – no carry-in drinks)
Vendors/Displays: 9:00 am until end of Vintage races (approx 7pm). Many food trucks/stands and beer garden available during street dance.
IWA Practice: TBD
Free Shuttle Bus Service, 10:00 am – 2:30 am (shuttle runs from Main Gate to campground at Fairgrounds)
Sport Open Oval Qualifying: 11:00 am – 3:00 pm (approximately)
Vintage Practice & Racing: approximately 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm
Street Dance – 7:30 pm-11:00 pm: Reachin’ Deep FREE Admission
SATURDAY, JULY 18
Free Shuttle Bus Service, 8 am to 2:30 am (shuttle runs from Main Gate to campground at Fairgrounds)
Main Gate Hours: 8:00 am – 6:30 pm (Notice: all coolers will be checked – no carry-ins)
Vendors/Displays: 9:00 am – 7:00 pm (approximate – until the conclusion of the races). Many food trucks/stands and beer garden available during street dance.
Pro & Semi/Pro Qualifying: 10:00 am to 4:00 pm (approximately)

Canoe Race: 4:00pm (approximately)
Rubber Duck Race: 5:00pm (approximately)
Street Dance – 8:00 pm – Midnight: Blackout FREE Admission
