Thank You Volunteers!

Watercross is more than just an exciting event; it’s a lifeline for many non-profits and families in our community! Each year, this weekend-long event brings together passionate volunteers who dedicate their time and energy to support causes that matter to them. This year, the funds raised by volunteers during Watercross came in at an impressive $πŸπŸ“,πŸπŸ–πŸŽ, which is crucial for these organizations and families.
For many school groups and non-profits, the money generated at Watercross is essential for their programs. Whether it’s funding football helmets, firefighter training, wrestling uniforms, tournament fees, or even helping an 8th grader afford the $1,900 class trip to Washington, D.C., every dollar counts. This money is raised through hard work, teamwork, and a shared commitment to doing good in our community.
Our Watercross committee is incredibly thankful for all the friendships we’ve developed over the years by volunteering alongside so many wonderful people. We are proud to see the positive impact this 3-day event has on our small town. π“π‡π€ππŠ π˜πŽπ” to all of our volunteers for making it happen and a special thank you to Anne Luedtke for organizing all of the volunteer shifts and hours – it’s not an easy task!
