What will you be showcasing / selling? Be as specific as possible. If you wish to sell food please provide the types of food you will sell as we want to avoid vendor duplication.

Do you need access to electrical hookup? FYI: Access to electricity is VERY limited so please only mark Yes if absolutely required and we will contact you to confirm if we have it available for you.

If you become a sponsor you may be entitled to a discount (levels and benefits can be found here: https://grantsburgwatercross.com/sponsors). Your discount will be applied to your sponsorship invoice. If you prefer to only pay once and have your vendor & sponsorship fees on the same invoice, please email Nicki Peterson at info@grantsburgwatercross.com and change your answer at the top of this page to Not a Returning Vendor so that you skip the payment portion of this application.
Vendor Rules(Required)
Vendors will be given 2 adult weekend admission wristbands for sites reserved up to 25ft. Sites 26ft – 80ft will be given 3 adult weekend wristbands. Food vendors will receive 4 wristbands regardless of site size. ALL vendors are required to check into the Command Center where you will pick up your wristbands and vendor packets.

Be reminded we DO NOT allow vehicles parked in your vendor space so only reserve enough space for your tent or trailer including the tongue and rear swing doors as space is very limited.

Your vendor spaces aren’t camping spots. As in the past, if you are found sleeping in your trailers you will be charged a fee accordingly. If you are interested in a camping spot at Memory Lake Park or the Fairgrounds please reach out to our camping director at camping@grantsburgwatercross.com.

Vendor set up starts at 9:00 am Thursday morning, July 17. You MUST be set up and ready for business by gate open time (TBD) on Friday, July 19. Vendors will not be allowed to tear down until all racing is complete on Sunday, July 21 (approximately 4pm) so please plan accordingly. Vendor spaces MUST be manned at all times (from gate open to gate closed times, TBD)

As always, our Memory Lake race site does NOT allow any carry-on alcohol, so be prepared to have your vehicle searched upon entry, if requested.

All food vendors must ensure they have a valid food license that needs to be submitted with certificate of insurance.
Vendor Policy(Required)
1. Registration and Fees:

a. Each vendor will pay a fee in order to reserve a space.

b. Vendor fee is for the assigned site only and any wristbands included in vendor package. It does NOT include other benefits such as insurance, security or additional admission.

c. Since this is a family event, the display or sale of certain items or materials may be deemed by the Executive Directors and/or the Watercross committee to be inappropriate. The committee reserves the right to prohibit the display or sale of such items or materials.

d. Registration fees may be waived in part for services rendered to the Watercross committee as an in-kind donation or sponsorship as determined by the committee.

2. Site Assignment:
Due to changes in the number of sites, possible accommodations for the IWA sponsors, snowmobile manufacturers and the addition of new attractions and activities, the description of sites and map are subject to change without notice.

3. Restrictions:

a. All display materials (canopies, trailers, etc.) must fit within the assigned site space.
b. Cars, trucks, RV’s, motorcycles or ATV’s will NOT be allowed at the vendor site
c. Snowmobiles, ATV’s, motorcycles, bikes etc. will NOT be driven on the grounds for any purpose.
d. Only vendors sanctioned by the Watercross committee will be permitted to sell on the grounds.
e. Non-compliance with these policies will be grounds for expulsion without refund of any fees.
f. Vendors who wish to remain outside the grounds must make proper registration with and obtain the necessary licenses from the Village Clerk and Burnett County Clerk and abide by Village and County ordinances.
g. No alcohol may be carried in. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased on site.
h. This is not a camping site. If you stay in your display trailer, you will be charged up to an additional $75.00 per night and may risk future invitations to our event.
i. Items made not be sold using the terms including but not limited to "Grantsburg Watercross" or "World Championship Snowmobile Watercross". Only the Grantsburg Watercross committee will be allowed to sell items using the event name.

*The Grantsburg Revitalization Operation and Grantsburg Watercross Committee assume no responsibility or liability for assignment or suitability of site. Approval of display site request by Executive Director is required prior to accepting vendor as part of WCSW. A request for a site, or the forwarding of money, does not constitute acceptance as a displayer. WCSW Executive Director is final resolution of all issues. Displayer Director has final say on site during arrival of displayer.
Consent(Required)
Vendors agree to obtain Commercial General Liability insurance coverage for the period of Thursday before the event through the Monday following the event, naming Grantsburg Revitalization Operation dba Grantsburg Watercross as additional insured. Vendor agrees to have minimum coverage limits of $1,000,000 each occurrence including products/Completed Operations. A certificate of liability insurance shall be submitted to vendor@grantsburgwatercross.com by June 30, 2025.
Submitting form establishes your interest in participating in the Grantsburg World Championship Snowmobile Watercross event but does not guarantee a site is available. Returning vendors in good standing are given priority for site selection. We will contact you to discuss finalizing your registration.
